I've heard a comment on the radio saying the song was relaesed too late, because Cameron's "Boy" was played in the clubs some weaks before.
Did mariah sample this song or did Mariah & Cameron work at the same time on this sample?
Does mariah sing those high "Boy-vocals" in camerons version?

cameron relesed it before (about some months I guess) then he rereleased it with mariah..so they both "covered" it...

The reason 'BOY' did rubbish in the UK (#17) was because Mariah didn't get much airplay for the song.......if she had got the same amount of airplay as she did for IKWYW, it would have been top #10 easily.
