I heard from a friend of mine that a fansite that someone made got shut down just because they had lyrics on the site to that persons songs. Don't ya'll think this is stupid? I mean if this was true then they would have to email over a million or more webmasters to tell them this..I NEVER heard this till now...gosh this is the most craziest thing I ever heard. Yeah the Lyrics are copywrited material but still I don't see the point of not being able to have lyrics on the sites..this is just plain stupid! Rolling Eyes

I think its stupid...cause if u buy a cd, u also buy the lyics and if u dont sell them or make money with ur homepage it should be ok...but after all the download-affaires and the music-industry-down they try everything...

Yeah, thats exactly how I feel...I mean if lyrics are so copywrited then why do they put them in the cd booklets? LOL they are so stupid whoever made this thing up. But you are right, after the downloading music thing happened then they are trying to do this now..gosh they can't never leave well enough alone. Yes I agree with them on the downloading music thing because its stealing from artists but as far as the lyric thing goes..that is just stupid Surprised

I can see if they have videos that aren't official or pics that are rare or inappropriate. But lyrics are public information. I mean, why else would there be lyric search sites? I feel bead for the site owner.
